- Self-Hosting: This software is operated exclusively on our own server infrastructure via the “Cloudron” platform.
- No Third-Party Transfer: The data entered by you is not transmitted to the software manufacturer or other third parties but remains within our control.
- Note on Automated Decisions: The assistant serves to organize information. No automated decision-making in the legal sense (Art. 22 GDPR) takes place that produces legal effects concerning you.
Legal Basis: Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures/service requests) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in effective customer communication).
